Conference Presentation Recordings

In order to prepare your presentation herewith the following important information:
  1. You have a time limit of 15-20 minutes maximum for your presentation (to fit into the programme).
  2. You can use any recording software to record your video in a general video format – most people do a ‘single attendant Zoom meeting’ and record that presentation, with or without their “face” on the screen, but you are welcome to use whichever software you are comfortable with
  3. A Powerpoint presentation with a voice-over is okay, but please refrain from “only reading” what is on the screen ☺
  4. Of course you can re-record your presentation as many times as you need to, until you are happy with the outcome and that it fits into the time limit
  5. Please ensure that the sound is clearly audible
  6. Please ensure that all text, pictures and graphics is clearly visible
  7. Please add your contact details / e-mail address on your final slide, IF you want conference attendees to be able to contact you. Otherwise, they may contact the SAAFECS EXCO, and we could forward communication to you.
  8. Once the video is finalised, please submit it to the following Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14o7Mjc-vMkfIgApJCCx4YwWEUHr-C_ky?usp=sharing
  9. Please submit your videos to us BEFORE 4 MAY 2022

Please note, you can ‘voice over’ one slide at a time, and you can re-record until you are happy with your presentation.
